I am an UE citizen (from Romania), now I live in Italy, but, as I always have to know somebody to get a job( I practicaly don't have a chance) and I can't take it anymore , I have decided to follow the American dream. I am 22 years old and as I have only a High-School Diploma, I know that I won't obtain the green card.
I have read on the US government site that having work experience in the US can help me get more points.
I also want to study in the US (I went to college in Romania for 2 years but I didn't finish it because of the money), but, as I don't have the financial support, I need the job first.
So, I'd like to know what do I have to do to get a work permit, at least a temporary one? How can I find the employer that can submit the right forms?

Hi, my names Jazmine. I'm a 15 year old female, 5'5, and i weight 129 pounds. I used to weight 125 last summer, so i only gained about 4 pounds from then til now. I am in the modeling industry, and my agent told me that i need to lose some weight. I thought "Sure no problem, how much?" and she said 30 pounds! I have an audition at the end of april, how can i possibly lose weight by the end of april? Can somebody PLEASE tell me how, also, can you tell me if u think i need to lose weight in the first place? My mother was outrageous when she heard this and said not to listen to my agent, but i really want the job..OPINIONS please?

My manager is always yelling and telling me off. I always do what I have to do at work because I am a new employee. I started 3 months ago. He would ask me to take inventory of all the office supplies we needed and when I completed I gave him the list so that he can review it. Weeks later he will come to me and ask me if I can take inventory again because he never ordered the items that I placed on the sheet. In my mind, im like he is wasting my time. I have other important things I have to do at work.

Im really afraid that I am going to get fired. What should I do?

i have this interview today its the second one. The first was a group interview and this is the one on one and i think he said he was going to ask about five questions.. does anyone no what the questions are and what the best answers would be? also i want to work in the box office do i have to work my way up or can i just do that and also is it hard?

I work in a nursing home. I'm a caregiver and love to take care of elderly people. The problem is: I'm tired of watching people to die. It's hard on me! I feel so depressed and I always get really attatched when they are close to die. I want to make them comfortable and loved (many times they don't have family around), but then when they die it's too hard on me. Everybody tells me not to get so involved with them because they will die anyways, but that's just not how I am. I don't want to get another job. I just want to find a way to deal better with their death.

I was going to send a fee of £30 to a company called TopStar Mailshare but i have found out that it is a scam and they will not give you any work, nor will they send your £30 back . I am really interested in finding work for Mailshare's but there doesnt seem to be any legitimate companys out there. Please Help!!!!!!! Some one out there must know of a legitimate company??????????

i work as a home carer and i love my job very much. how ever i am unable to drive, so i cycle from job to job . just been told that there are cutting all the bikers hours because we are slow .
this is un true as we take short cuts to get to clients houses
if any one can help me on this i will be very pleased as i dont want to have to get another job.

I'm looking into colleges and getting ready to start choosing the classes that I will need and everthing. I want a job that will make decent money and I will be able to work and help people.. hi,wonder if anyone can help, i am looking for a new job and i had had a interview for a new one. The new job has sent for a reference about me to my present employer.
HR told me that it would have to go to my manager to complete! so she will know i have applied for a new job.Can she make life difficult for me if i don't get this new job?, does she have to fill in the reference?

The languages would be French, English and Japanese (the first two would have been learned from parent and living in uk, the third from studying it a university). Saddam was murdered under Bush's orders, 911 was his excuse to invade the oil fields of Iraq,after killing more then 3000 civilians at the trade center, in addittion, to the 3500 marines in their early 20's,while his daughters are vacationing indefintly in South Africa.
