Don't stress and be yourself for one. In my second interview with a position that I once held the store manager interviewed me and he was pleased with how relaxed I was with him, my interview wardrobe, and my interpersonal skills ( I was able to be calm and hold an intriguing conversation). Show your admiration for the position and that you love what the position could do for your resume even if you don't believe it yourself......lol make he/she believe you. And think before speaking or answering their questions always to give you time for the best possible answer. Make good eye contact all the way through and be light and jovial in spirit if you need to but also keep in mind that depending on the type of job you want to shape this tips to fit anyway you can.

First of all well done for being invited for a second interview... you have done really well.

A second interview usually means it's now between you and one/other people. So:

Treat it as your first interview - dress smartly, still be professional but allow your personality to shine but be yourself.
The point of a second interview is to get to know you better and ascertain if you would fit into the team and company.

They may ask you todo a test or two just to check your skills level and compare it with the other candidates.

You may be interviewed by a member of the team or the person currently doing the role. Once again to ascertain if your personality fits.

Sell your skills and experience by showing that you are the right person for the job.

They may ask you about your personal interests. Be honest but it's worth bearing in mind that if you mention team focussed sports eg football, rock climbing it highlights your ability to work as a team.

Although the interview may be less formal it's important that you still show that you are a true professional who has the right skills, experience and attitude to do the job and work for that company.

Hope this helps and the very best of luck.

Congratulations. Getting a second interview is a good sign so continue what you feel you excelled at in your first interview. They may ask what you feel you can contribute as an employee, why you feel you are best for the job and what do you think the job entails. It's a good idea to learn what the company does and what you think would be expected of you.

What happens with me, is I was given a small task to complete with a person that already worked there. They'll ask more in depth questions about the position you are being hired for.
