if you want them to really pay,, go for
www.liveops.com and West work at home. They only hire within the US. I have friends working and receiving their checks every 15 days. You need to pass a test online, if you fail, you will have to wait 6 months to try again.

I am searching also... folks in my area have been steering toward medical transcription for doctors... but training has to be participated in via local colleges. I hope you have luck finding more resources!
