Unless you are authorized to work here your chances are 0%. No company is going to sponser someone with only a HS diploma (plus they have to prove the job you are getting is one that they cannot find an American to fill)

America is a big country with many different opportunities. A high school diploma will not get you far here, we are a country that looks at college diplomas and higher learning degrees for good jobs.
At best, with the cost of living in some areas, which can be very expensive, you would not be making much and would spend what you make on rent, food and transportation. With the down turn in our economy coming, we may have a higher unemployment rate in many areas too.
I suggest you get a good college education. If you speak three languages that is great. Do you like the idea of teaching? If so, you could go to college to teach English as a Second Language in your country or in Italy. Good luck!

You didn't mention your citizenship. If you are a citizen of the UE and you only have a HS diploma, it's going to be real tough to get an H1-B visa.

You can definitely find a job here. It is hard to get a job without living in the area you want to work in sometimes. If you plan on moving here anyways, I would suggest saving up money and then once you get here you can probably find a job much easier or an employment agency will help you out.

Yes, and it takes a little while to get a response to a resume sometimes, especially if you are overseas. Just be patient.

100% but you have to go through the proper channels and become a citizen before they will even think about hiring you

First of all, do you have a green card? If not then your chances are very slim. You can also ask a specific company to sponsor you.
