My co-worker has a nasty attitude and picks on me alot. Telling her off made her worse. After a while, I told my supervisor who told her to stop, but it got even worse. My supervisor won't separate us into different offices, and I don't want a different job. What should I do?

I am Asian and I tried twice as hard so I would be compatible but the employers in Wisconsin and MN still won't hire me (Including the Government)

I have a Degree in Project Managment
-I could design 75% of residential road by myself
-I could design 60% of a subdivision from scratch
-I could frame 50% of a house
-I could pour foundation walls
-I could do surveying
-I am a leader in the community
-I coach soccer
-I wrestler, box
-I get along with all the contractors that I had work with

Still, I come out short. Can't even compete with white kids without a college degree.

Should I just give up or try harder? = getting a Graduate Degree in Urban Planning

But recently, a more senior co-worker had a reaction that surprised me. She made a nasty remark to me in front of my supervisor which made me very uneasy. If felt petty like she wanted to belittle me in front of my boss. I have always tried my best to do my job with professionalism. I told her that I felt uneasy she could have pulled me to the side and talked to me. The worst thing is that I do not think that her opinion on the matter is fair. I gave her my point of view which to me fell on death ears. I am in a line of work wherere if a co-worker does not like you, they can make your life miserable because it is mostly team work. I love my job and would not like someone to make me lose it. I tried to keep a straight face when I work not to be too friendly in order for others to also take me seriously. You have to show your team that you mean business and you are not there to play around. At the same token i still ask my co-workers how they are doing from time to time.

What military jobs could someone pick that would have the least chance of going overseas. I know all the jobs have a chance of going, but there has got to be some that have less of a chance than others.

First, I'd like to thank anyone who decides to help in advance.

For personal reasons that don't really merit mentioning, I've graduated from college 3 years after schedule. I went back to school after a long time off and finally finished my bachelor's degree this winter at age 25, and am basically entering the workforce for the first time.

I admit that I lacked forsight, and didn't get any internships during my college years. I've also done close to no volunteer work or community service, and I've come to realize that if I were to write one right now, my resume would look more barren than the Sahara. I'm completely at a loss for where and how I should start writing one, and would appreciate any advice you could give me.

Having finally grown up, I'm hungry and looking for a chance to make a new start: right now Christmas is probably the last thing on my mind - mentally I'm in 2007 already, ready to race out of the gate.

Thank you so much, and Happy Holidays.

- Curious J.
