But recently, a more senior co-worker had a reaction that surprised me. She made a nasty remark to me in front of my supervisor which made me very uneasy. If felt petty like she wanted to belittle me in front of my boss. I have always tried my best to do my job with professionalism. I told her that I felt uneasy she could have pulled me to the side and talked to me. The worst thing is that I do not think that her opinion on the matter is fair. I gave her my point of view which to me fell on death ears. I am in a line of work wherere if a co-worker does not like you, they can make your life miserable because it is mostly team work. I love my job and would not like someone to make me lose it. I tried to keep a straight face when I work not to be too friendly in order for others to also take me seriously. You have to show your team that you mean business and you are not there to play around. At the same token i still ask my co-workers how they are doing from time to time.

Try not to be too concerned. Some people can be extremely catty in the work place. Keep a record, and if necessary, you can always notify the personnel manager if this person repeatedly stabs you in the back.

definite, honestly! The humorous element is that none of those issues actually matter quantity! each and every thing has a tendency to even out whilst the youngsters become previous! My 8 month previous would not carry his bottle on his own, and basically the former day I found out that everyones infant over 2 months previous can carry their own bottle! It may be the smallest bottle with no longer something in it, or those babies are outstanding! so some distance as strolling at 6 months- my son, who has been utilising a jumperoo because 4 months previous- could somewhat stand with suggestions till now dropping his stability. If he had walked the burden of his head could have set for a nostril-dive right this moment to the floor. He did say "mama" at 6 weeks. LOL

YOu're probably a better worker than her, so she is attempting to bring you down a notch in front of others. the people you work with sometimes can be more important than the work itself. don't expect her to change. Don't try to appease her in any way, just work hard and others that know your work will see through her bullcrap.
