Please don't take this wrong but I feel sorry for your daughter. I don't think there's anything worse than a parent who wants to spy on a teen. It would be different if she was twelve and making plans to meet forty year old sex predators but your kid might be pretty smart to know right from wrong and that's a good reflection on you and your parenting skills. Don't throw that out the window. That's 16 years of parental love and concern and trust. Talk to her about your concerns. Were you ever a teen? What kind of things did you talk to your friends about? Some things never change. Alot of times parents that have the need to control and snoop have more to feel guilty about than the teens. I am not saying that you shouldn't be cautious. There are lots of nuts out there. But snooping isn't the answer to resolving potential problems... it's a way to begin resentments. Think seriously about the question you are asking here. How would you answer that if someone asked the question of you???

Trust your daughter, sometimes the internet may change your personality because of whom you may be talking to so then if she does get a remote desktop... They're useful, or limit the websites which you think she maybe going on. Another better way is to check the history on the internet explorer to chech the websites she visits.

It is nune of your affair. If you snoop and listen or read what she is doing then she can do the same to youl Would you like tomeone to treat you that way.
Stay out and if there is something you want to know about or from her then ask her.

why don't you just trust her and ASK her. You will be heading down a very nasty road if you sneek behind her and violate her privacy. If it bothers you that much, get rid of your computer.
