I am Asian and I tried twice as hard so I would be compatible but the employers in Wisconsin and MN still won't hire me (Including the Government)

I have a Degree in Project Managment
-I could design 75% of residential road by myself
-I could design 60% of a subdivision from scratch
-I could frame 50% of a house
-I could pour foundation walls
-I could do surveying
-I am a leader in the community
-I coach soccer
-I wrestler, box
-I get along with all the contractors that I had work with

Still, I come out short. Can't even compete with white kids without a college degree.

Should I just give up or try harder? = getting a Graduate Degree in Urban Planning

I think the employers are afraid that I might be a turn off to the costumers or the local citizens, because I am Asian

You think you have problems in Winsconsin and MN.
Go to South Florida. They have signs saying "non_his-spainish need not apply" , His-spainish only. . In North if a job is offred which requires a person to speak english and a non english speaking person applies he/she must be given first consideration and taught english or given an interpretor if neccessary.

It's nearly impossible in Wisconsin for a construction worker to get a job if he is white or asian. Female shave a better chance with no experience but rarely hired. most construction workers are mexicans illegals in Wisconcon and MN.
