I AM WORKING AT OFFICE AND THEIR TIMINGS ARE VERY LONG, I WANT TO GIVE TIME TO MY BABY GIRL, SHE IS JUST 01 YEAR OLD AND WANT ME TO BE WITH HER.

i have a problem on making decision. i just started my new job about a week, and i already like this job. i did apply many job from a recruitment firm before,so tomorrow i need to attend for an interview which they pay me double. the things is, now i'm working with the company which provide a lots of benefit, and i already like this job and the environment so much. and for tomorrow interview, good things about the job they pay me higher, bad things is i dont know wether i'm gonna like it or not. company reputation is the same. Please tell me how do you choos a good one..

m currently working in a good organisation- timings r 9 to 5 - not much pay - but happy with job- job place - just 4 kms from home- i even go 4 lunch at home.

i got new offer- job profile is the same- better company then my previous company - pay increase by 50%- compared to previous pay- more bonus- better growth= problem is -1) Book timings r 9 to 6, but i will have to work till 7.30-
2) new job place is around 35 kms from my residence- considering the travelling problem- i have to spent 1hr,30 min to travel one way- thats 3 hrs travel each day-so i start at 7.30 in the morning & end my day at 9.00
3) ill have to carry lunch with me- fact that ill have to leave from home at 7.30- that too is problem
4) m studin distance mba- so i wont b havin time to spend on that

now wat to do ?

should i accept the offer ?

please help me?

answer fast ?

i need to tell them 2day itself

abilities. Now I am seriously thinking about it but have no idea how to put together a portfolio, who to contact, no clue about agents, publishing, etc. I guess I 'm stupid but all of my jobs had nothing to do with it nor is my degree program. The offer is the same expat package and almost the same level of competitive salary, the only difference is tax free with M.E. and with tax in Canada, of course culture is different between the 2 countries. Your thoughts and comments will be highly appreciated.

Is it possible for me to become a police officer but I go to school at the same time. My school does offer night classes, but is it an option for me take the morning shift only if I were to become a Cop. Either for New York or Los Angeles. Maybe even a New Jersey State Trooper.

I used to miss work alot, i didn't mind working, just didn't mind missing either. But in the last year and a half i've called in sick twice and I always want to be at work, I work loads of overtime and I always try to keep busy at work.

i've had a full time job since i was 16 and im going on 30. Is this just a normal change of life, because, I see other guys my age and older that are lazy and they miss alot of work and complain alot.

I started a new job 5 months ago, I am working in the evening, the girl that trained me works on the day shift, the last 2 weeks I notice she is leaving me work that she is suppose to be doing, last week she left me a ton of work, I have enough of my own work to do in the evening, I don't need to be stressed out doing her work to,,,note, she has been with the co. for 8 years, she thinks shes a boss, and the day shift people are affraid to approach her including the supervisor, thinking shes going to blow a blood vessel, how do you deal with a problem like this.

4 or more years of work experience including possible actual experience performing the job you are filling, proven work background/proof of advancement, etc. Just posing a follow-up question to one I answered and am looking for people's opinions. And I'm not talking about certain professions like medicine, law, etc. that require advanced degrees; just debating whether you, as an employer, would chose someone with a degree and no experience, or, someone with no degree but has experience.
