It also could relate to the fact that there is an Admin Office Manager, and that the position you speak of is about someone who is in charge of overseeing books, collections and accounts in general. Usually when there is Manager, or Supervisor in the title, there are people that would report to you - usually this requires extensive time in your field. It's not always the case in bookeepers, but it can be -- depending on the environment of the job :) Good Luck!!

He is in Middle Management. Mainly doing office work. like accountant, HR, etc

It means a full service bookkeeper -- run all the books (paperwork) of the business.

profits, expenses, invoices, etc.
