Being post gr in eco from an reputed university with basic comp konowledge and bet 30 to 34yrs can i get job,?

I like to work in the depts like administration, Accounts in banking industry, IT field(bpos) which would give me a safety and decent pay, job search is urgent pls help me to prepare a proper resume
to enter the path for success.
