i describe it this way... i have a litlle experience in a lot of subjects. i have worked some shows/seminars mainly with "at risk" youth but my contacts are few and have good words to say about me just no where to point me in the way of job leads. i no longer want to do the same type of speaking i am looking to do more adult based motivational speaking. i live in hawaii and i don't recall ever seeing this type of job listing in my local paper... i have decided to go back to school in the mean time but i am no youngster so i would really like to use all my time to its fullest. can someone please give me some real advice, i have checked some web sites but they mostly offer books that don't really fit my needs. i am not wanting to create my own seminars at this point i wish to work for and/or with a company till i gain the knowledge of the background part of the job as well as the stuff i already am familiar with. (please don't mind my grammer or spelling it is 3 am, i couldn't sleep :)

I have a degree in computer systems technology, and i'm working on my A+ certification now, as well as others in networking at a later time, i have trouble finding a employer, when i look up on websites they post qualifications that are way to high for me, and some sites list no openings or its just like senior level jobs, and i have put my resume on several sites that show it to lots of emplyers, and i think its way to slow, and that the websites do not list all their jobs, my question is if i called them directly and asked if they had any jobs that match my quilications would i get faster results?

Our study of acts of uncivil behaviors documents how destructive incivility can be to interpersonal relations, including loss of team productivity at work. We now seek to learn how perceptions of incivility differ by world location, gender and age.

Do I have to include my short working experience in my inapplication/resume if it's less than 6 months? Or should I add it to my list of 'working experience' when applying for a new job?

There is a guy that believes he's always right and if you don't agree with him he'll take his issue to upper management. The sad thing is that you are in charge and he works with you.

I need to change this behavior or he might get let go.

I used to be an investment consultant for a national bank, but switched over from the retail sector and became a desk jockey. I've had my Series 7 & 66 licenses almost a year now, but since I'm still working with the same bank, they dropped my licenses since I don't utilize them in the new position. Any way I can "park" them with another financial institution?

I graduated with a degree in Finance in 2002, but I was unable to find a finance job. I took a job as a buyer for a manufacturing company, but now I want to get back into finance. One thing I don't want to do financial consulting. What is the easiest way to get into the financial world?

Is it hard to get the costumor to buy the car. Do you guys or gals get like a certain percent of the cars price to your salary like if it was 50% and you sold a 100,000$ car and you then new you made 50,000$ for that sale how does the salary thing workout. Can you go right to selling the very expensive cars like BMW's and Mercedes's or do you have to start out with cheap honda's and ford's whats it like and you can buy a car from your own dealership right?
