Put a free help wanted ad in your local version of Craig's List - actually it's free in most locaiton, but not in all locations.
Use the "Gigs" category.
If you don't need to see the person face-to-face to have the work done, you could put your listing in more than 1 Craig's List, since the are organized by location.
If you're not familiar with Craig's List, there is one for every state in the U.S. and most large cities and countries across the globe.
