Well I know I might sound biased in my reply here, but oddly enough the thing that actually bothers me the most is people who have no respect for the handicapped...
I see people who are able bodied and healthy parking in handicapped parking places, and also using handicapped areas to walk, or drive, or sit, and leave no room for the real handicapped people...
Also in grocery stores when I am coming down an isle in the wheelchair, I cannot get around some folks who seemingly try to ignore me with their shopping carts in my way, and I cannot get around them till I say something to them...
It is very annoying to have to ask someone to move so you can get by...

None of the above, I find general rudeness annoying. Pushing past people, not moving out of the way. The one that gets me most are jobsworths. I can't walk my dog on the beach even when it is deserted and I clean up after them!
I went to pay some change into the bank and because the limit is 5 bags I had to take the 6th home! The week before I paid in £2000 and she was happy to count all that up!

Rudeness/ pet peeves in order of irritation:
1) When someone bumps into you and doesn't say "excuse me or sorry"
2) Crossing the road and not being given the right of way as a pedestrian even if the light ahead is red and they can't go anywhere anyway
3) People who don't hold the door for you when you're behind them, especially if they do this when an elderly person is behind them
4) Men who don't act like gentleman towards women

Rudeness is all wrong.
There is no point in classifying it, RUDE is RUDE.
Good manners and good values should be kept alive by all societies regardless of country, languages or zip codes.
By trivializing topics like this, we dilute the real impact of this reality: We are all becoming rude, angry, and that is not a good thing.

Any sort of rudeness is clearly unacceptable. The thought of someone going out of there way for another, and being treated rudely is disgusting. 18, F, Australia

Nothing annoys me more than condescending, arrogant people. I've learned that these people are often insecure; however, their behavior is still extremely annoying. I'm a twenty-something small business owner in central Ohio.
