I'm 20 and running my own web design business. I'm not going to lie but talking to 40, 50 and 60 year old business owners can get a little boring lol. I'm wanting to get out and meet new people my age a few days a week, where should I look for such volunteer work?

The person may have all the qualities of a excellent employee but are they not qualified because of a weight issue? Im having a hard time finding employment and just wonder if this is an issue?

First off, what's the group interview and how long does it last?

If you've had an interview with Hollister or something similar like Abercrombie how did it work? What kind of questions did they ask?

I have an interview with them tomorrow which is why I'm interested.

I graduated college with a Bachelor's degree in corporate finance from a pretty good school. I have tried endlessly to find a job. I have a good resume and I just don't seem to be making any progress. I am starting to worry because I earned my degree 3 1/2 years ago. Can anyone give me good advice please.

I am moving there for a new job. I am looking for a 1 bedroom apt. and I want to live in the lower SE or SW. I heard it's really difficult to find places but others have said it's not so bad. I'm not sure if I should try and find a place beforehand or just try and get one when I get there?

why when you send in an application or cv for a job that employers never reply to you. And also why when you have all the particulars they are asking for and you have done a similar job for over 10 years they say you have no experience how can you have experience if they wont give it to you ughhhhhh!

my employer just called me, she said drug test was good. She said i have to wait for background check result. it could take 2 days to 2 weeks. Im wondering they do background check at the same time with drug test or they do it after drug test result

I just checked out of my Hotel today, and I saw a Housekeeper cleaning one of the elevators. She was real pleasant, and nice to me. Do people look down on Housekeepers, or do they have respect for them? Personally, I couldn't care less what your profession is, as long as you are a decent and honest person. And please, no smart or rude answers.

I am 40. I am agressive toward my work and some people take me as threatening. I always tell any potential employer how I am and they say wonderful, but when the see I am not full of sh@# they get all freaked out. I was raised by the standards no matter what the pay you owe 110% @ all times. Is it my fault the most people beleive do as little as posssible for as much as possible?

I beleive this is a big problem in America

Any advice on what can be done about this?
