I graduated college with a Bachelor's degree in corporate finance from a pretty good school. I have tried endlessly to find a job. I have a good resume and I just don't seem to be making any progress. I am starting to worry because I earned my degree 3 1/2 years ago. Can anyone give me good advice please.

You might want to lower your standards and start with a job that doesn't need all your qualifications, and doesn't pay as much as you want. keep sending out resumes, though. ou never know when someone will need exactly whatyou've got. 3 1/2 years is a big gap. what have you been doing in that time?

First of all, please understand that employers don't hire people because someone needs a job. Rather, employers search for people who help them meet and resolve company challenges, aka earning profit.
Consider a different perspective!
You don't need a job! You need to research the marketplace and determine what needs in corporate finance you can help meet. For example, are there a number of small corporations that are making potentially costly mistakes because they don't perceive themselves as being able to afford a quality financial officer, so are trying to resolve this issues with a bookkeeper. Would you consider providing quality services for somewhat less per company that each of them currently pay for inadquate services? Check this out! Let's say there are 10 such companies in your market area, each of which pay bookkeepers or some other employee $22,500 annually. Let's say about $10,000 of that is for services you could provide much more effectively. What if you could contract with all 10, charging each of them $8,500 annually, saving each of them $1,500 annually. That deal would generate $85,000 annually for you. You could likely automate most of the work, customizing only that which is specific to each individual company.
You could set this up as a Home Based Business Opportunity (HBBO) and create your own "job!"
Think about this! Don't look for a job! Search for needs in the marketplace you can meet!

You say you "have tried endlessly to find a job;" however, I would like to ask you if you have had your resume critiqued by a third party? ;how many resumes have you sent out? ; are you sending a cover letter followed-up with a thank-you letter? Have you tapped into the "hidden job market? Have you targeted a specific market segment? In other words...if you are looking a job-your job is to find a job using a systematic approach.

Unfortunatly having a Bachelor's today does not mean too much, you only option may be to go back and get your masters at any cost.

I am in the same boat as you.
