My plan is aggressive and I hope not too ambitious, but I'm beginning to see the light. Good luck to you.
Happy new year.

By this question I mean if I were to use the name of a celebrity (it being obvious I was not the celebrity) to say publish a book ... are there legal restrictions?

A link to a law re: this would be great!

I'm a college student trying to buy a laptop. It costs 1700 and I've been trying to get a loan. But in the past I haven't had any good jobs, and used a credit card. Now I have bad credit but a good job. I can bring up my credit score over time thanks to the job I have but not soon enough to get the computer, my college professor is selling the computer and giving me about $3000 worth of software on it. I can't miss my chance to get the perfect stuff for school. So I need the money SOON. No banks will give me a loan and I can't get my hands on a good co-signer. Someone please help!

Hello,

A year ago a person in my home town told me that if I built a turn key system for lead generation, that we could pull in 400 leads a month, and roughly make at least $2,500 a month if not more. I spent 9 months building a turn key system, fixing every bug asked to fix, and implementing every feature asked to implement. 7 months ago momentum started to slow, almost coming to a halt.

I have attempted to correspond with this person via phone & e-mail, and no go. He is a 9 year salesman for one of the biggest timeshare companies in North America. The potential monies I'm going to lose is in the hundreds of thousands, as well as I have $50k of my own time & money invested here.

Do I have any legal rights with 9 months worth of e-mail, and no real contract? I would love to at least get my $50k after legal fees but I'd also like to be compensated for all the unnecessary stress this has caused over the last year. Perhaps even sue for the financial loss over time.

Thanks,

Eri

What is the difference between a plan of action and a comprehensive plan. Please be as detailed as possible.

(I have a vague understanding, but it is not clear to me)

From what I understand, a comprehensive plan is a plan to develop a program or create an innovation to an existing program. A plan of action, is a plan to make necessary improvements to an existing program. (Am I correct?)

The problem is that when I looked online, some comphrensive plans looked like action plans and vis-a-versa. Please provide insight!

I have a great invention, seriously! my problem is I have no money,I am afraid to tell anyone about it. I am afraid someone will come up with the same one. I do not know where or how to do a patent search,or how to make a prototype. I do not know how to get it patented.I do not have the money. I have had people tell me that this is a good idea and they are interested. Everyone I have told without really telling them say that it is a project that would go somewhere, There were a few deaths in the family so I have not talked to anyone about it for a while. There are seminars I could go to. seminars that I have to pay for and like I said I have no money. I have no idea what to do with the tech side, financial, and I think this would market itself easily. I just need protection for now.I believe if it was patented then the rest would fall into place financially through investments.Where do I go. If you can answer this then you deserve many points. This makes me sick just thinking about it.

We purchased property in Florida and have owned it for a few years. We didn't put any housing on it for the first few years that we've owned it and now we are trying to.
We've been told there is a well on the property, but we can't find it. We have gone looking for property maps in hopes that we can locate the well but have had no luck.

We've also tried metal detecting but since the last owner buried metal things (like ladders and such) we've had problems finding it.

Does anyone know of a site or office that we can go to that will give us the information to where the well once was?
Thanks!

I need to take 3 days off to care for an ailing relative returning from the hospital. I have 2 weeks vacation time beginning at the start of the new year, if I chose to take the rest of the week off (since the first is a holiday) can my job have me fired? They are aware of the seriousness of this relatives condition but I have only worked there 8 months - though I had a satisfactory probation period. I am eligible for most benefits now including vacation, which I was able to start after 6 months of service. Should I take the time or not risk it?

I just signed a lease in Baltimore--as I took a job in Washington. The reason in Baltimore is becuase my company offered the option to telecommute 2 days a week, leaving 3 to take mass transit. That situation has now changed--and I just singed a lease for a condo-but haven't even moved there yet. Can I get out of it--and how do I?
