What should I wear to the interview? Can it just be a sweater?

The sucession from England in 1776 was innitially cited by reason of Magna Carta violation. No taxation without representation.

Do you feel that US citizens under the age of 18, who work and pay taxes, yet cannot vote and determine what happens to their tax money, are unrepresented, and therefore entitled to tax-free wages until their 18th birthday?

This would only apply to legal citizens, who work legal jobs, and pay all required taxes.

Thoughts?

So i got a promotion in Oct. I am a LVN working in a Skilled nursing facility in san diego. My boss asked me to be their new Director of Staff Development. They didn't have a nurses to take my place so I never got to get oriented to my soon to be new postion. finally at the begining of dec, my replacement came. I went to a 3 day certification class for my new job. But my boss didn't ever have me oriented to my new job in the building. I walked into blindly 2 weeks ago. The nursing assistants havent been supervised for a while now and arent responding to dicipline very well. They all went to the administrator, my boss and complained saying they are going to quit. My question is am I to blame. I am trying my best without and orientation or help from anybody. My boss told me he thinks i am not stepping up to the plate and taking over, doing my job. Told me i could easily be put back on the floor as a regular nurse. I feel very hurt and betrayed. I am trying my best and need help.

All you have to do is not spend what you don't have and keep an eye on your interest rates and read between the lines.

Food Company is engaging in an expensive research on genetically engineered food. X Co. lends $20million(interest free, and without obtaining security) to Food Company. Michael (director of X Co.) states that it is a very good use of the money because any successful research by Food will be of substantial benefit to X Co. All other directors vote in favour of the loan.
Is there a breach of duty by the directors of X Co.?

Is it the date written on the check? Or the date it's deposited? Or the date the money actually transfers into the account?

an automatic stay has just been lifted for our rental property and we have to ;move. How long before the landlords can put us out on the street. We have found another place but cannot move in until the 15th. Do we have time? Do they have to start the eviction proceedings all over now?

(I had to ask this again because I keep leaving info out)

I am 20 years old, I have my own apartment I pay all the bills there, (I do go to her house sometimes for a few weeks), I have my own car for which I pay my own note and insurance. I also pay my cell-phone bill She only gives me money for gifts at Birthday and Holidays time (probably about $100) each time. I want her to stop claiming me on her taxes, but she will not. I want to claim myself. What can I do?

She does pay my cell phone bill sometimes (about 5 times a year)
She does have me on her medical insurance policy, but I have asked her to take me off because I have insurance with my school.

I am a full-time college student (out of state), I work 2 part-time jobs.
I pay for all: housing, books, food, tuition expenses, and EVERYTHING related to me. She does not shell out any money for me to be in school, she only gives me gifts at Christmas and birthday and SOMETIMES she pays my cell.

We have been together for 3 years and the kids live with us more than 50 % of the time. I dont work, disabled. My ex husband thinks he can claim the kids every year and get the earned income credits, even tho the kids live with us, not him. Cant my boyfriend claim them as dependants without claiming the earned income credit? Or do I just let me ex husband get back money he doesnt deserve? He pays $400 a month in support. Any help would be wonderful. We live in Oregon. Thanks!

...but I read that they don't take back opened games. I just bought it on Friday, and absolutely hate it. I would take a gift card and just buy something there. Doesn't seem fair that I would be stuck with someone I don't like. I have only returned one thing at Wal-Mart, about 10 years ago, so I rarely do it.

Any suggestions?

Hi there i have a very bad credit history and i was wondering if it was possible to be put on my mums credit card as an additional cardholder. Supposedly all my mum does is fills out my details on an application form and i sign it and gets sent away just to add my name onto it. Supposedly it doesnt matter about my credit history as they continue to base this on the conduct of my mums account as she is the actual account holder and she would be responsible if i ran up debt i.e. it would be up to my mum to determine whether or not i am a trustworthy person. I was trying to find any links on google that explain how the additional cardholder works. Someone did say that if my mum was to default with her payments then it would affect me. Let me know what you think.
