You will be filing your "2007" tax return, wait for your employer to send you or give you your W-2 (wage information statement) which will be your earnings for the entire time you were employed by them for the year beginning January 1, 2007 and ending December 31, 2007.

It is not legal to file your tax return without the proper filing documents - including your W2. No reputable tax professional will allow it.
You can see if you qualify for the H&R Block Emerald Advance. This is a line of credit that can be paid down with your tax refund. This is available before you get your W2's. But, keep in mind, there are fees involved, as there are with any line of credit. Check it out, and see it it's something that will benefit you. But don't let anyone tell you its OK to file your return with a pay stub - it isn't.

You can file your taxes with your last check stubs at a lot of places and they are respectable places. I have filed with my last check stub since I started filing when you get them in the mail you just take them to your tax preparer so he can put them in your file. Try Swift Tax, or go on line to Turbo tax.com they will also allow you to file with your last check stub. However, if you are not sure that it is your last check stub then wait on your W-2 so that you will be sure to have all of your earnings. You should also try Professional Tax.

The answer is "nowhere". You need to have your W-2 form from your employer. It has to be mailed out by January 31.
I think that you mean your 2007 taxes. You don't file your 2008 tax return until early 2009.
