an automatic stay has just been lifted for our rental property and we have to ;move. How long before the landlords can put us out on the street. We have found another place but cannot move in until the 15th. Do we have time? Do they have to start the eviction proceedings all over now?

No the landlord does NOT have to start the eviction all over again. Once the stay has been lifted...all the landlord needs to do is get a writ of possession and arrange an appointment with the sheriff to remove you from the property. This can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days...depending on how quickly your landlord acts.

where is this?

in most states, the stay only paused the processes where they were and the landlord does not have to start over from the beginning, only from where he was in the process.

get moved ... the putter outers may be coming soon
