i want to fund prtfolio which invest in above sector

if you have a fund adviser you can go to him for advice and purchase.
if not go to your bank and ask for help there and they will help you out .

I don't think you can directly invest into this project. This is a Tata Motors project. May be you would like to invest into Tata motors. These are the MFs with large holdings in Tata Motors:

1. Reliance Vision Fund
2. Reliance Tax Saver
3. SBI Magnum Contra
4. UTI Childrens Career balanced plan.
Though these are currently holding Tata Motors in good amounts. You never know when they will pull out. :)

IMPOSSIBLE.

Tata's "one lakh - car" project is handled by Tata Motors Ltd. At the most you can invest in the shares of Tata Motors by purchasing the shares in open market. That's the only way to do it.

Alongwith " one lakh - car", you will be investing in various other projects and products of Tata Motors, this way.

the p.c.. which sreeDHAR has published isn't the a million-lakh motor vehicle 4rm tata, its the Tata Indiva whose value is around 14 lakhs. for seeing the a million-lakh motor vehicle 4rm tata, see December Autocar India version. and its rolling out in 2009.

DO You want to Invest as a HNI or as a Institutional entity. What is the Capital Amount, term and your expectations? Would you be interested to build a personal/ proprietary portfolio into this Automobile sector -and may be dynamically manage yourself or outsource the management?

do you want to invest in tata motors or you want to invest in this project specifically? or in Motor industry.

I am not sure if they have such a MF to invest in this particular project. A MF invests usually invests in various stocks mostly of similar sector.
