I'm trying to find a website that offers single order custom lanyards but i'm not having much luck. I found one website but i'm not real crazy about it. I could go with that but I want to keep my options open. I would like to be able to customize the logo on the side of it so if you have any ideas they would be much appreciated.

well, you see, im really into magic, and my cousin (who thinks shes better than me in everything) thinks that all my tricks are lame, and so obvious. so i am planning on bidding on the folding quarter on ebay, i am broke, and my mom buys me things and i keep asking for more, so she wont buy it for me unless i have the money to give her. so, i need 9 dollars (both price and shipping) but im completely broke. plus the bid ends in 6 days, is there anyway i can make that money soon, i REALLY want this item.

I'm a very small startup social networking site and I need traffic; however, when I checked the prices for SEO, I was shocked at the prices. Maybe I'm just naive or SEO is definately worth the price it demands.

Any opinions on how effective SEO's are and if the prices are worth its reputation?

For example, the cost for SEO and maintenance for 3 keywords is $500 setup fee and $200 annual maintenance. For 20 keywords, it is $2,300 setup fee and $1,000 annual maintenance.

I know some SEO's go as expensive s $25,000 - $100,000.

So to those who haven't read my last question...

I put an offer on a foreclosed house. The bank wanted 355K and I offered 275K. The agent told me if I offered 315K that I'd get it for sure. He also mentioned that there were two other parties involved (who I'm guessing didn't offer much higher than I did).

If I go with 305K, do you think I'll be ok?

Details:
House is in CA, houses around area all less than 500K, definite fixer upper (at least 40K), roof leaks (rains are coming), listed as "must sell"

Thoughts?

I don't need financing.. I'm paying in cash.

ok heres the story. ive been wanting to buy this parking spot from this guy for a couple of months. i called him last week for the third time and he finally called me back. he was asking for $3800 for the right for the space when he left a message on my cell several weeks ago and when he called last week i offered him $3500 (they go for anywhere 2-4000 and newer built places go for $15000 for just 1 spot!). he tells me on the phone that he will give me it for $3200!! i thought great but he then tells me the story.

he tells me that he is filing for bankruptcy and that he just lost his job and his engagement broke off...he tells in order for him to file for bankruptcy he cant make more than $18000. so he tells me wat he wants to do. he wants me to write a check for $200, sign a notary legalizing the space to me and he wants me to give him the 3000 in cash. i asked him what he was goin to do with the 3000 and he told me he was goin to stick it in his sock drawer! it got me thinkin

I am 17 and will be 18 in 6weeks. I have a job and it isn't safe for me to keep my money at home. I had set up a bank account with community and they said since I am 17 I can not have a debit card but I get an atm card and checks. In my town not many places will take checks and I don't have a way to go to the atm everytime I need money. They have yet to send me my atm card and by the time I get it, I will have about 3weeks until I'm 18 and I have to close the account and start a new one then wait again. They had my mother sign and she can access my money or check where I spend my money. She isn't trying to do that though. So what bank is safe and reliable and will give me a debit card on site or just send it in the mail? I live in arkansas so if you do as well tell me some banks please. Thank you for the help.

I am starting a business and I have alot of past debt one of which is an old credit card owing around 20,000. I was sued by this card although I never showed up in court. They sued me and withdrew what ever I had in my personal account which was about $30. I since closed my account and never had one since this is about year later. I am going to start a home based skin care line but am wondering if they will come after me. Does any one have any advice or know if they can take from a business account? Is there anything I can do to avoid this. I do plan on paying them back but first I need to make the money. Help!!
