I am a little confused what you are asking, but this is what i am making out of it.
You need your parent federal income tax they filed for you to take to EOP to proof your parents income.
If that is what you are asking then have your parent call IRS at 1-800-829-1040 and ask for a transcript of account. It will be sent for free within 10 days.
visit irs website for more information, you can also download form 4506T.
www.irs.gov

Hope that is what you are asking for. Good luck/.

It depends on why you need the proof of income. Most state agencies and lending institutions will accept the most recent income tax return. Your parents should have copies or if they had them done professionally (H&R Block type companies) they might have copies. If you can not find them at home you can request a print out from the IRS - I believe that this information can be done on-line but be prepared to give them their social security numbers, addresses, birthdates and the amount either paid or returned from last year.

Federal tax return. Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ, whichever they filed.
