What are the requirements and what do they make you do at the interview, do you have to be stick thin or average, or average skinny? Please tell me if you have worked there, I'm planning on applying in the next few months

Just like ANY job - you have to apply when they are HIRING ;););)
As for what "assets" they are looking for - a VERY outgoing personality is the biggest thing they look for...
A decent figure probably won't hurt either - though "officially", they CANNOT hire based solely on this. They have a BUSINESS to run, and they can't be serving platters of food/drinks if the girls are total airheads with great bodies.
After all - a massive rack does you NO good if you dump a platter of wings onto a customer's lap every ten minutes or so ;););)

All types. Some are skinny, some chunky. Some well endowed, some more normal.
Most important seems to be a good attitude.
