I have had my house for sale for eight weeks and have had ONE couple look at it. We are in a sought after neighborhood and we are the cheapest in the neighborhood. We hired a stager just for a consultation who said our house looked "amazing".

What do you think is a fair price to pay for entertainment a month.

I do not go out to the bars, nor do i smoke or drink. i don't spend money on other types of entertainment really. even when i buy personal stuff, like shampoo, i get it off ebay in lots, so i save there money there. should i feel quilty becase i pay 17 a month for netflix, 3 at a time. sometimes i feel like i could even upgrade without a problem. I mean people go to bingo all the time, and spent 20 a night. Am I doing something wrong, or should I not feel quilty at all. I have savings account, no job right now, I take care of the house and my boyfriend works. I also go to college full time. should i feel guilty because i spend 20 a month on netflix?

This is the first person to raise the roof when another coworker may miss their one or two days a year due to a real sickness.
This employee also comes to work telling patients how she had been out drinking, and it looks terrible. So naturally , when she misses work, such as today everyone said " I wonder what kind of Halloween party she found last night". She often calls in around holidays and Mondays after a big weekend "of partying." This in the the healthcare field for gosh sakes!
We are all so sick of dragging in sick so people won't work short and she calls in every time you turn around, sometimes twice a month.Any suggestions would be so appreciated. It just has to stop and I guess we , the fellow workers, will have to handle it. By the way this person is in their 50's. Immature huh?

I was living in a rental unit, that caught fire July 12 of this year. I was wondering if I was able to make a claim on my landlords, property damage and/or is liabliaty homeowners insurance? The fire was caused by the a.c outlet that over heated, the a.c unit was installed in a wall that was vented into a enclosed garage. We lost almost everything, I had been living in this home for 5 years. Should I or can I even make a claim, I did not have renters insurance at the time, I certainly do now and am kicking my self in the but for not having it then we lost about 13,000$ of property.

A prospective client owns a for unit complex which is valued at approx. $1,200,000.00. She wants to list the property on a short sale basis for approx. $800,000.00. Once the property is listed she wants to sell the property to her brother. Once escrow closes her brother will then quitclaim the deed back to her. The reasons for her selling the property in this manner is not clear to her realtor but he takes the listing anyway.

Has the realtor taken the listing with the potential of commiting an illegal real estate transaction?

The property is in Southern California in LA county.

I was just wondering if anyone had any insight on this. My family and I are planning on overtaking a family restaurant within the next 5-10 months. The vast majority of my family is women. But most "small business loans" are for new start up companies, and this is something we see as low risk since the restaurant now is profitable and we're keeping the name. Does anyone know where I can find a step by step process to finding the correct loan in this area? Thanks so much!

I was watching the history channel a couple months ago and they were talking about when he entered Jeruosolm(cant spell it just sound it out). They were quoting the bible word for word on Jesus at his most violent and maddest time when he saw people gambling. They sounded like people who invest in stocks everyone yelling their bids, then Jesus screamed and fliped the gambling table in anger. Stock investing is basically gambling so who thinks Jesus would be disappointed in stock investors.

If I am in contract to sell my home. Can I still show my apartment to other people but tell them I am in contract? Also, can I still keep my ad up about my condo in the gym?

The reason is this is such a bad market and I have a feeling the person will get out of the contract somehow. I just want to show people and will tell them the truth just in case this person backs out of the contract.

Is this ok? Or am I doing bad against the contract??

Thanks...

PLEASE ADVISE!

I didn't really know how to fill out the worksheet when I hired on at my new job. My friend here makes the same rate as I do, but more taxes are withheld for me. I get about $300 taken out of a $1200 paycheck. I think I chose to have more taxes taken out now, so I will get a larger return - versus having less taken out now, and getting a smaller return. Can anyone share their knowledge on the subject? I'm getting lost in all the "itemized deductions", etc. as I research and I need some help. I would appreciate any good links as well! Thank you!
