Can I bring name and phone number with people I work with before? Or do they have to be supervisor or manager? I have an interview next week and I am a litltle nervous and need this job.

Other than friends.
Doctor, lawyer, teacher, manager, business owner, salesperson, minister/priest, or someone with some capacity/responsibility, etc.

Not anybody in a company is allowed to give written references.
Generally, official references are only given by a manager with the consent of the Personnel department or office.

ok so ur 1st reference should know the 'personal you' like a coach or something, then the next person should know the 'worker you' (not worker like actual work but work like how much u do and how u do it), like a teacher. then the third should be like a past employer, i would pick the highest person u know that will say good things about u.
