With Highest return still comes highest risk. Stocks will give you the highest return but there is the risk factor.Unless you are able to devote alot of time to research or can pay someone to monitor for you go with mutual funds.

Your question is FATALLY flawed. Mutual funds ARE NOT an investment. When money from more than one person is collected to invest, that is called a mutual fund. The ACTUAL investment can be anything including stocks. "On-line Stocks" in a MEANINGLESS term. A stock is a stock, no matter HOW you buy it. I don't know what a UITF is, but I am certain the comparison is equally meaningless.
