We have health insurance through my employer which costs me appx $480 per month.....enough of that crap, I'm sure I can get it cheaper by buying it privately! Any good websites?

I have a car I need to get rid of. I can afford the payments but some things have come up and Im barely able to make payments. I was going to sell it but I would still owe about 3,800 to the bank. How bad will this hurt my credit if I just give it back to the bank.

I really need to buy another home being that my 67 year old mother lives in the home I own now and I hate living here. I seen a condo for $65,000 and that is a perfect price for me to have my own space and live confortable finacially. The only thing is the condo is in a ok area not too good and it's only 924 sq ft. I was told that location is very important, but I was thinking that I could rent it out when I'm ready to move or when the market goes up I can possibly sell it. I was wondering would that be a good move?

I know that the will exists as i witnessed it. But i can not remember the name of the person who made and registered this will. All i remember is my father telling me to remember the man who wrote the will for him, and in the event that he should die this man would have his last will and testimont.

For example, if I move and pay my friends $100 each to help me load the moving van, obviously no one is going to declare that as taxable income. The high-school kid who mows my lawn every couple of weeks surely does not declare what I pay him.

So when does declaration of income become necessary?

My husband and I are in the process of buying house but we are concerned with the property lines. The disclosure sheet says that the house is on a four lot site which is 100x150. The 150 measures fine to the side road but on the main road in front of he house if we measure back the 100 feet the property line lies out the back door about 15 feet. In the State of Oklahoma and the town of Sterling does any one know where you would start measuring from to get an estimate of the property line that has road frontage on a state highway? We would just like to get good idea if the line lies where we were intially led to believe before we get to much further in this transaction. We of course will be getting a survey as we are funding through our bank but we were just trying to ease our minds a little in finding out where you start measuring for the property line.

Need some honesty please. I'm 30, we have 4 small children. Husband used to have great paying job, but a lot of stuff happened, and we moved back home anyway, so now the job he has is just above min. wage. He has got good raises, and he seems comfortable with it, but it's a convienient store. My opinion, you can't support a family working at the local 7-11. He gets angry if I mention finding a better job with insurance. I have my associates degree and currently work retail. Been stay home mom for 6 years ( I was able to) but it's hard for me to find something. I look everyday though. I want something better. I'm looking into banking. I try to explain to him that we will never be comfortable financially. I can't afford to give my kids money for the book fair, buy their school pictures, buy new clothes, have to budget for 2 months to afford winter jackets. He feels we'll be fine once we catch up with bills. Well, there will still be no money for anything other than bills.

My spouse and I will be ready to purchase a home in 2009. Right now we are still working on paying off taxes and bills. We will have a substantial down payment by then as well.

We have children and would really like a backyard for them to play in, that's why we were considering renting a house for the next two years.

What are the pros/cons of renting a house, or should we continue to rent an apartment?
