Here's the thing, I'll be working (honestly) ha in the electronics department and every once and awhile I'll catch something funny on the tv, and might stop what I'm doing for a few minutes - then I get a call from my manager from the security office - to go clean/straighten something up and stop standing around... He can't do that can he? I mean he can't write me up saying I was standing around, he wasn't there he seen me on a security camera, I mean what if was reading the back of a movie to see if it would be apropriate for a kid to watch for a customer and he seen me on there thinking I'm just checking out a movie - you know, what's my workplace privacy?

I cannot believe the #'s I am coming up with are correct, and since I am a procrastinator by heart I don't have time to have a professional review my stuff. I assume I'd have to pay a penalty if I truly do owe what the system says I owe but don't pay on time?

Why not take equity out of your home from refinancing and put that into an investment vehicle that earns you interest? Considering that home equity doesn't earn you any rate of return, wouldn't this be beneficial?

Living in Cali is not easy (cheap) so after spending $1200 on rent, $400 on gas, $500 on food, $600 on bills and we haven't even talked about the fun stuff.

Okay you get the picture, I just can't believe that finding reasonable or maybe a way to help with the cost of healthcare is such a difficult task.

HELP!!!

Last week my wife lost our debt card while shopping at the mall. Several hours later when at home she finally realized the card was lost.
After calling our bank to report the card lost, we learned that $170.00 has been falsely charged in a mall store within the time frame my wife was shopping. This really pissed me off beyond talking about. I don't know who did the charging, but boy would I like to offer them a piece of my courage if I ever find out who's responsible.

Don't stores check signatures for matches, or even notice if perhaps a male was using a debt card with a females name typed on it ?

Other than paying a "lost card fee" to my bank for $50.00 can anything else be done to find the thief, or am I just plain screwed.

Knowing who would do such a thing to me would be really satisfing or should I just eat crow and consider it a learning experience?

I understand they take fees, but what will they ask for when I go to cash it, the check is for $3,000ish. I hate giving out my personal information to these places or anyone for that matter, do they use my drivers license info for anything? would false identification work? any help here is appreciated with regards to cashing my check and what is required.....
