a way to schedule an interview without my current job knowing?

Ask if it can be after normal working hours. Some employers will accomodate that. Worst case, be sick one day or have car trouble...something along those lines. It sucks, I know, but it is hard to try and get time off when you have just started a job.

See if you can schedule it when you are not scheduled to work. Let the prospective employer know that you cannot take the time off from your current employer and see if they can accomodate you.

you could explain to the the people who called you that you work, and could they schedule it for after work,
You could also try to shedule it for last thing in the afternoon, and explain to your boss that you have some business to take care of that had almost slipped your mind, would they mind of you left a bit early.
Show the people who called you that you are interested, but don't want to take advantage of your present employer.
