Manpower is a good one
Used to work for Verizon and they used this service.
I got hired direct, but many of my Spanish spaking friends came from Manpower as agency temps and got full time jobs.

my friend works for staffmart.she doesn't get paid unless you are placed.and she makes a lot of money...............
