Is there any other facility besides PayPal and Interac that allows you to send money via email?

I am only interested in free systems like PayPal and Interac, not any of the various fee based systems, e.g., Western Union.

Alert pay, storm pay, Omni pay. The list goes on. Paypal is a 3rd party processor or also known as a payment aggregator. If you type this into yahoo you will find many services almost identical to paypal.
