We need to stop the population growth and this would offer incentive to not have a bunch of kids that one can't provide for. It would also help raise tax dollars. China only allows one child. We should start limiting to just two.

What I need to ask about is eviction notices. I let a friend move into my place and now she has her boyfriend staying there I told both of them to get out but before she moved in I wrote up an agreement for her to pay me $600.00 in rent but she only gave me $300 and said she would give me the rest three days later. now I call the cops to get them out and the cops say I have to let them stay and obtain an eviction notice for both of them an give them 30 day because she gave me money. Now she is trying to get me evicted by going to my rental office and tell them that I let her move in and that's against my lease agreement. Could they evict me for this?

I just asked a question about "working from home" ideas... but I was also wondering if anyone knows of a job that would allow you to bring your child with you. Heres the deal... Im a stay at home Mom, i want to make some money, but I will not leave my son at a daycare. No offense to anyone who uses daycare, its just not for me. Any ideas?

I am a stay at home Mommy, and I wouldnt change that for a thing, however, I do miss contributing (financially) to our family. Does anyone know of a legitimate work from home job? Something that I could do on the computer? I have a small child, and my husband and I are planning on having another one soon, so anything that is truly "from the home" would be ideal. Im not into hosting parties or anything like that. Any ideas would be helpful, thanks.

Does it look bad on an application if I check do not contact current employer?

I do not want my current employer to know that I am looking for jobs. I also do not think that they would give the best reference for me, the job is not a good fit for me. I am looking for employment in a totally different line of work, my current job is working with young children with special needs, I am applying for jobs in retail.

My ex and I are still married, though we've been separated for over 2 years. We bought the house that he has when we were married, though my credit was iffy at that time and I am not on the mortgage information.

I am severely in debt and am looking to file chapter 7 bankruptcy. I am on the deed to the house, but not on the mortgage. Does my filing bankruptcy put the house that he lives in at risk? Also, I'm filing for divorce on Tuesday and am giving him the house in the divorce.

I want to ensure that if I go into bankruptcy court they can't take my ex's house from him. I am also on the joint bank account that he has, but I'm going to go to the bank with him shortly to have my name taken off of it.

Any information on this would be appreciated. If I sign a quit claim deed for the house does that stop them from being able to take his house? What's the process?

Thanks

My loan officer is telling me it is going to cost me $203 a month. I've seen rates as low as $65 a month. I also read somewhere that if the house you are borrowing is worth 20% more than you pay for it. You don't have to pay for PMI.

If someone has to take medical leave for injuries obtained outside of work? Someone I know has to have surgery, but he's the only one in the household who's earning wages. If he takes a leave of absence, he'll be broke in a hurry; I'm wondering if there's any way to offset this.

I'm going to college next fall. What should I do about roommates?

I'll be in marching band, and this college has band dorms. That is one option, but I'm not so sure I want to live with a stranger. So, two or three of my friends and I think we should rent a small house or big apartment and live together. Problem #1, they're all guys and I'm a girl. Problem #2, I don't know how arrangements would work. Obviously, I'd need my own room and bathroom, and I'd definitely pay more for it. But what about cooking and cleaning? Plus #1, They're all my friends and are extremely trustworthy. Plus #2, two of those friends are in my band now and would be in band with me in college.

I'm not worried at all about the "propriety" of it. Also, I'm not a trusting person, but these guys all have my absolute trust; my judgement's not in question here.

Any advice about rooming with these friends or about rooming in general?

I am a payment behind w/ this credit card so now they are calling constantly, even on weekends, as early as 8am & as late as 9pm. They call everyday & everyday I tell them the same thing. I don't have the extra money to pay it right now so they will just have to wait.

I'd like to know if it's possible for a UK taxpayer to deduct from tax donations that he did to a foreigner charitable organization (no profit) , for example from Italy. The organization is regularly registered.
If it's possible, which kind of document will this person need? Is a simple receipt enough?

Thanks for your help!!! :o)

In the upcoming tax season I will be newly married and unfortunately my husband will be incarcerated. Can I qualify for the EIC credit?

I'm thinking of going the Head of Household route since we will have only been married a month at the end of the tax year...Does anyone agree???

I will NOT have lived with him at all this year, when I marry him he will be incarcerated! So I will not have lived with him at all during this year. NOW can I file Head of household????
