As I have mentioned before my dad owns the house I live in and I pay him rent so he is also my landlord, now I know that since I am an adult as far as the Father/Daughter thing I have every right to not show him my house hold bills, but what about as far as Tennant/Landlord? Since he owns the house do I have to show him my bills if he asks to see them?

I'm 26 years old. I grew up in a small town with my grandparents til i was 19. I then came to toronto for work, even though i have no skill or trade. I worked as a collection officer and did a lot of labour work as well. I've always been a big party animal and now i'm feeling and seeing the repercussions. I want to straighten out before its too late. I've stopped the drugs and alcohol along with the late nights and i want to get a career started. I now live in a one bedroom apt with my girlfriend and pets. My girlfriend has been supporting us since we basically met because of my antics. The only jobs i can seem to get is factory work making 12.00 an hour which is not enough to support us anymore. I left highschool 2 credits shy of my diploma, both are elective credits. I'm not sure if i need to do a equivalency test now to obtain a diploma.(no direction) I've recently decided i would like to get into law enforcement, policeman or something on those lines. Not sure how to get started.

This is the first time buying a house. I was wondering do different lenders have different payment set ups, or do they all go by the same "rules" For instance, i got a quote on a house its 80,000 and my payments would be 730 a month for that lender. Would it be the same no matter what lender i go to. Also,Could someone explain all the important details i would need to pay attention to and any extra help. Thanks

I own a home that i currently rent out. I prefer to sell my home to an investor however since there isn't a great profit to be made by renting investors have offered me to "take over the payments". They put it into a trust account and then they say at some point they turn around and sell the house and what ever profit they get. I basically walk away free and clear and not make any profit. Has anyone heard of this? Or is this a scam? They claim that if they don't pay on the mortgage then we both can loose the house. This is what scares me most because I don't want to ruin my credit if they don't pay. A lot of "we buy your home quickly" companies are offering this as an option.

Last week, I saw that there were large deposits made to my Bank of America Account via BAD CHECKS.(1 for $2900 and one for $2500), I also saw that my ATM card was being used while I was at work & I hadn't even realized it was missing as I don't use it every day. The bank suggested I file a police report. I did & called them with the report number, the police departments phone number and the officers name . I have spoken to their fraud department every day since last Thursday. I told them that the deposits were not mine. I told them that the purchases and ATM withdrawls were not mine and that I could prove it as the charges were taking place when I was at work. I went to log in online this morning to monitor my account & found out they revoked my online access. I called them and they told me they closed my account altogether for fradulent activity. WHAT? How can they do that when I reported EVERYTHING to them? They said after their investigation is complete I cannot bank with again

I hate my job. As a client services representative, I talk to people all day who are getting money from the payout of a life insurance policy. They are upset about the death of a loved one, greedy for the money and rude. They call me every name in the book with no censorship at all. I am paid $12.26 per hour and constantly find myself loaded with additional work. I really hate this job and want to find something different. I am even considering taking a teaching job for $8 per hour at my son’s after school program just to get away from these crazy people. What would you do?

Do they just shut down a business or give them time to grab their stuff and run or do they try to find a common denominator. What happens when a business cannot pay to stay there?

I've tried Inventhelp (the one with the cave man carving a wheel) and Davison on past ideas. But they charge a lot for a bunch of extra crap that I don't want. I just want a basic patent search, and a PHYSICAL PROTOTYPE that actually works. I know it's a tall order, but how do I know I can trust some individual or company? How do ideas get developed?
