i have read some cases and i still havnt been able to find out some remedies one can take if a conflict of interest occurs. for example if a real estate agent is selling a property and he has connection with the property through family and the person buying the property doesnt know but eventually finds out what can the buyer then do as a breach has occured?

I say this because I have tried to order two times from two different credit cards from this site and they keep asking for a copy of my credit card and ID or driving lenience for ID conformation. Has this ever happened to you or a friend? Also has any one shopped from this site before.

Thank You For You Information.

I was out for 4 days one week this pay period and my employer is deducting those days from my salary. They said it is because I did not have enough time on my job but we do not have sick benefits here so I am not sure what that was about. Is that even legal if I am on a salary??

I am going to buy an oceanfront condominium near Miami, Florida. Nothing fancy, just a one bedroom condo. How much should I expect to pay for the apartment insurance? Outside insurance is handled by the condo association.

Customization often appears to be the best of the both worlds, developing your own software application versus buying a complete software package. The concept is that the only work the enterprise will need to complete is a little tweaking for the product to work. Why is this a risky strategy? What factors contribute to the risk?

I am planning on buying a home for $50K that is appraised at $70K - how can I pull out the $20K in equity? Also, would the method be different if I owned the home for, say, 1 year instead? Thanks.

This whole process is new to me. I've looked into a couple of properties that will be auctioned off in the near future. One of the title reports I ran shows there is a "Due on Sale Clause" attached to the property. There was a notice of default filed by the previous owners who apparently are carrying the current owners. Will the successful bidder responsible for paying the loan in full under this clause?

I pay on time every month, and I think a positive record such as this would really help out my credit score.
Does anyone know how I could get my landlord to report my payment history to the Credit Agencies? I'd pay the fee if it was small.

Thanks

The work is that of giving advice to people who want to start a business. Recently management have taken the view that CRB checks should apply because of the remote case of advicing to someone with mental problems who is considered vulnarable. The initial employment contract did not include it as a condition.

My mother is in serious debt and worked with this credit card company once before to lower payments but she is still having trouble paying it and now with all the late payments and interest fees tacked on each month she is way over the limit resulting of course in another fee. She makes 600.00 a month from va and thats it. I copay her mortgage for her to have a place to live, but I can't help her with the credit cards. If she stops paying the credit card, what would happen? Could they take her to court? Could they take her house? She can't refinance because she doesn't have a job(we already tried).

My wife and I have had several significant changes in our lives in the past year. For instance, we will not be receiving the mortgage intrest credit, the child care deduction as well as the deductions for business expenses.

Is there any way to know if we are paying in too little or even possibly too much.

Last year with all the deductions, we received a 2k refund filing married, joint with 2 children.

So far this year, I have filed Married, with 0 deducts, and she is filed married w 2 deducts. How can we know if we are paying enough in taxes to avaoid penalties as well as a hefty tax bill come next year?

I'm planning to purchase rare electronics items that are not readily available in the U.S such as game consoles, mobile phones and computer accessories that are only released in Asia and resell them online in the U.S.
Are there any government imposed restrictions that I should be aware of?
I will most probably get items shipped in small quantities via Postal Service or UPS and I anticipate each shipment will be worth no more than USD500. Would this be considered an Import Business? and what are the rules and regulations for that? Do I have to register with a government agency?

Could you please provide any links to resources that I can use to educate myself about such business.

Thank you!

Doing a bit of research for work, I've been asked to do a little bit of research in regards to what risk assessment is.
I have it defined as "The severity of a hazard multiplied by the likelihood of the hazard arising".
I've been told that his is a load of bull, and that there is a much more in depth approach to risk assessment! I need help! Any sources would be greatly appreciated
