Is it legal to have medical insurance with two separate health insurance companies during the transition between the two?

And if one denies a claim, can you still file with the other?

I am currently renovating a home that is NOT my primary residence. I bought the house as an investment. I wanted to fix it up and sell it right away (flip) but taxes will hurt my profit greatly. Im trying to find new and crative ways to avoid taxes.

If I were to sell the house im renovating and use a 1031 exchange to buy another property and make that house I buy my primary residence and live in that house for 2 years and sell that house, will my capital gains be tax free? Or will they look back and see that I used a 1031 exchange in the past and tax me on those back capitail gains from the house before that.

I filled out the papers, but I am just worried that I won't be able to replace everything that I lost because I know that they will probably factor in the depreciation value of items. The majority of items are only between 2 months and 3 years. However my bedroom set was an antique and given to me by my grandmother. I am really worried that I won't be able to replace all the things I lost with the same items. I figured up everything I have put down and it came to around 8100. I am just worried that I will only get like 2 or 3k to replace all my stuff. Can anyone let me know if I am being paranoid or have a valid worry?

Hi

Couple living in michigan, with income that varies from $200 - $300 a month maximum but state wont give us any benefits necause i run my own business they take the entire business earnings into account rather then what i made after business expenses

Also i am origionally from another country and have not lived here 5 years so they have to class us a s a single instead of a couple cos im not allowed to claim anything

We need over $1000 a month to survive keep things running pay the bills and eat etc but the government seems quite happy to let us carry on with only $200-$300 a month barely enough to feed the two of us.

Wife has no job been searching for almost 6 months now, got laid off last job.

Im working hard to make the money and she is working hard to find a job but it just isnt happening how do they expect us to love what can we do

It seems government isnt willing to help until everything falls apart, until the business goes bust, and were kicked out to streets

Hello everyone,
I am looking to start the process of improving my credit report. I don't think I want to do anything like Lexington Law because most of my stuff is really mine so I don't see them "getting rid" of it. I was just wondering where do I get information on who I write or contact to have some older stuff removed and a few things that are on there twice removed? AND I had heard that if it was reported over three years ago its better to let it fall off than to start paying on it becuase the report date will then show the date of when a payment was made to a collection agency and it may have been better to let it just come off the report in a year or so. Any input will be apprecitated

Someone in Europe has to trasfer money to my bank account in Peru. He asked for the IBAN code, but my bank told me to give him their SWIFT code. Will that work?

when you want your account credited, or refunded, it takes longer. Some may take 3 days, others 8 days, etc...why does it take so long?

This guy that works for me consistently changes the color of the font of statements he wants to emphasize to the color red. This is absolutely driving me nuts. It occurs in every email corrispondence the guy sends out. It could be just one sentence and he will change the color of part of it. It wouldn't bother me if this was personal email that he was sending to friends or family. But it is business coorispondence the he is sending to customers and internally to other departments and peers in his department.

I think it is unprofessional because it makes the recepient feel like he thinks they are not smart enough to get his point. I'll mention as well that most of his emails are lengthy... perhaps the reason he feels the need to draw attention to his point by changing the font. Have you ever encountered this? Do you think it is unprofessional? Why?

I just started a new job about a month ago, I really like the job and the benefits are awesome. However, one of the other women I work with is always putting me down. Pointing out my mistakes and making rude comments about everything I do. It is really getting to me. She isn't my boss or anything she has just been there for much longer and thinks she is. Today marks exactly two weeks before I'm supposed to return to work after being out on Maternity Leave. After mulling over it, I've decided to become a stay at home mom while finishing up my degree. Should I submit a resignation letter or should I just call my employer and tell them that I'm not returning? Also, if I should submit a letter, what should it say? Should it be worded like a "traditional" resignation? Thanks!
