when you want your account credited, or refunded, it takes longer. Some may take 3 days, others 8 days, etc...why does it take so long?

Certain companies do all of their refunds on a certain day of the week. If this company does refunds on Fridays, but you made your return on Saturday, youll be waiting a week. They do them in batches to keep down on cost.

Because certain companies take londer to refund cash... and when you take money out they have all the information in your card...

purchases are usually automated transactions, while credits have to manually processed by an employee.
