Was reading a forum about beating the system regarding urine tests and saw people talking about which places actually do drug test but there was no list and none that I could find on the internet. Any one know of any? Thanks.
Note: Give a thumbs down if you KNOW that what someone states as a place that does but it is false. Thanks
Just for curiosity... really!

I had a car carrier company transport my car. The car was damaged in transportation and the guy I hired said that the sub-contractor was responsible and I would have to sue the subcontractor. My first question is "Who" do I sue and my second is "How" since all three of us are in different states.

I left a really good job 2 yrs ago to stay home a raise my newborn triplets. There was plenty of notice, not bridges burned. In fact my boss wasn't suprised at all that I need to resign. two years later I really need to go back to work and the job market is slow. My former boss is now an EVP at that company. I have applied to a couple of positions there that have opened up but no luck. I am thinking of calling her to see what I can do about improving my odds of getting an interview with a few openings coming up in her department. I just don't know how to word it properly. Any suggestions?

Whenever an interviewer asks your weaknesses, doesn't that seem like a trap or catch 22. Your suppose to answer the question yet if you say something like i lack time management or I have poor people skills then the interviewer could take that into consideration when hiring you. Whats a good way to get around this question, or answer it vaguely?

The finance company wants me to send them $800 for insurance that will be refundable after 90 days. I guess because I have really bad credit. They also told me my terms which is a 9% interest rate for 2 years. They sent me a contract and all the necessary means of getting a loan. Do you think it's legit or a scam. Yes, the company is from the U.S.

My husband and I have a Native American crafts business that deals mostly in hand beaded jewelry. We normally travel the powwow trail but with gas prices the way they are it is making it very hard to cover expences. I have decided to try wholesaling my jewelry. I would still earn an honest living and cut out all the aggrivation of traveling. But have no idea how to reach contacts and let the word out. I do this full-time, so production is no problem. I have a paypal account already set up. Most of my bases are covered except getting product out on the market. Does anyone have realistic ideas or would even be interested?

The firm I work for had already offered and had a confirmed start date for this candidate. Yet they still interviewed me, knowing the job had gone. Is there some sort of law within recruitment which says this is wrong? And where do I stand now? It surely cant be equal opportunties etc? They arleady took the decision employ this person without me even attending an interview. (I work within this organisation and applied for it internally.) The candidate they took on was external. Thanks

Hey all, the titles a little wacky, but hear me out..

At the end of April, I bought some goalkeeper gloves from a shop on eBay. They have 100% positive feedback from 57 eBay members. I chose them for convinience since they live locally.

Anyway, we agreed to meet to exchange money for item, but they couldnt make it. Fair enough, I pay extra for postage and they send the gloves.

2 weeks later, nothing. I email them and they say they'll send another pair through the post, which struck me as unusual since they cost me £30.

Another couple of weeks, still nothing. I email again threatening to report the item as unsent and add some bad feedback and they say theyre waiting for 'compensation from Royal Mail', which has been the same reason since then.

Should I be smelling the bullshit here? My problem is that I trust people too much.

EDIT: I've also noticed that they aren't an eBay member anymore. Hmmmmmm.

Thanks
Tom

I am presently writing a business plan with cash flow, profit/loss, balance sheet forecasts. I am having probs with the balance sheet forecast.

Proposed project is to develop, manufacture and sell an item of technology. The forecasts are for first 6 years. Y1-2 is development and testing, y3-6 is tooling, manufacturing and sales. The problem is that for the first 3 years the funding section is larger than the assets-minus liabilities. So to balance these years I put a value on the Intelectual property (to justify investment in this). But now that sales have kicked in (y3-6) and we would be more cash-rich the assets-liabilities is higher than the financing. The only thing I could do would be to reduce the IP value or introdue a spurious liability like trade creditors. I know its probably impossible to comment on this without seeing it but maybe there are common error sthat non-accountants make!? Thanks. (Any qs please email)

We are being sued by a man who previously had a contract on our home. His contract expired over 3 weeks ago. We signed a contract with a new buyer and we were set to close, and the first buyer put a lein on our property and is suing us now.

Has anyone had experiance in something like this before?

Yes we do have a lawyer.
Just trying to put feelers out there and see if there is a case with presedence.
