I am in deep s*** to state the truth without going into too much detail. I need to make $400 FAST. Anyone know where I can go or what I can do?

Have you tried any family members or friends? Are you old enough to work and do you have a drivers license. There is always payday loans which I wouldn't advise but in a pinch you can go that route just keep in mind their interest rates are crazy so you would need to pay the loan off in full otherwise you would pay big time in finance charges.

If you live near the coast, get a job on a ship or some sort, or working on an oil rig-big pay there. Learn to make websites. My son makes from $600-$1200 per company designing their websites. He can design them in 2-3 days. Realtor companies pay really well to have someone create their websites.
