I have quite a bit of yen left over from when I lived in Japan for 2 years, some paper allot of it is coins. I want to get rid of it. Where do I need to take it to?

I ruined my credit years ago and my fiance has perfect credit, we are planning to get married soon and I dont know if my credit history will affect him and I also need to know if I file Bankruptcy after we are married will it affect him in anyway. I have no other option but bankruptcy, I already looked into all other options, I need to know the legal aspects of debt and marriage, plus if I file bankruptcy will we ever be able to buy a house, even if he is the only one on the loan or do I have to be put on there cause I will be his spouse?

ok i just got off the phone from a woman who works in a clothing shop. Shes asked me to come in for an interview on Friday as i sent in my CV.
However, i havent mentioned that im going on holiday for ten days in just over 2 weeks. and then once i get back from that holiday, im away after another 2 weeks, again, for 2 weeks!
Should i even bother going to the interview because im assuming they wont want to hire someone with all these holidays booked?
What do you think?

In my lease for my apartment it states no pets. I'm aware that I can't get a dog or anything like that, but does no pets stop me from getting a rabbit? If so, does that also mean that I can't even have a gold fish? What are the classifications, if any, for pets?

I would love to start my own business and the right job for me would be a Personal Assistant (part-time that is) that will run your errands, do your laundry, type a letter, make a payment, pick up kids from school, do light cleaning, filing, etc...Im trying to brainstorm ideas as to what my rates should be, how should I charge them? (by the way these would be like temporary jobs where a family can hire me to run errands either everu other day in the morning, another family coud hire me to do their laundry at noon and fold their clothes before they get home from work etc ) HELP! My family owns a 1000 acre farm that is a c Corporation. I am a shareholder in the corporation, albeit a small holder. My fiance and I would like to build a home on some of the property, about 2 acres. Does the property being held in a c Corporation make it impossible to build? Or is this something decided in individual states? If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it. I don't even know who to talk to. A lawyer? An accountant?

Someone is selling some DVDs, CDs, etc on eBay at a really good price... they are items I've been wanting for a while so I am quite determined to get them (I haven't bid for them yet).

They are from United States and I asked for the shipping price to Australia. He said it will be $42 USD with Priority Flat Rate cost.
I asked if it is possible to make it cheaper with slower shipping and he said, "We could do it First-Class, but the time for mailing services says "varies".... and the cost is still pretty high.... $34.00".

Are there any problems with choosing First-Class? Would that be okay to go for? Or is the $42 method a lot better?

Sorry, I don't know anything about shipping...

think about i think i have the answer already.
I was easy to sell on ebay. I am starting to anser my own business and have only three items to sell. which gives you the best value, attracks the best customers and easiest to buid?
a store through Geocites( if you can get a store through the free site), yahoo merchant started or ebay?
I'd like to have full site with product display and message board. problem with afinty, merchant starter and other sites that build stores for business is the techical things, they want you to build it.ex. raidus will make web pages but you have get the cart from some one else and link it your self.
I can design a pretty page myself . who will provide cart and a way to proccess transactions?

I am in debt.lol. lent my card to the wrong person.
ANYWAY, I am attempting to not communicate with them for the 2 years so the statue of limitiation..bla bla can take effect.
My 2 years is almost up so they constantly call. I have changed my number and now i just keep tellin them "you have the wrong #", the last time they called, I told them to stop callin and find the right nuber, and the lady said
"unless u can give us a number for her ,we are going to call every day, of every month of every year"
what a *****!
So to me (even though i am the one their lookin for.lol) this is harassment no?, i mean, what if i actually was some poor lady getting all these calls.
What can i do to make them stop calling ?

It's been a year and a half since I've been working at this job. My review is long do. I keep asking my manager what's going on. I finally told him just to let me know if I'll even get a raise. I said I wanted to know now so I know if I should look for another job. He said they will give me a raise when they hire an HR person. Last year I started working in July and my husband was self-employed and we ended up oweing a lot in taxes, even though I filed 0 and at higher rate. This year I'm still at higher rate and my husband is looking for work and I will be getting a second job. How should I file for next year's taxes so we don't end up oweing as much as last year?

My credit limit is $5,000. If I send $10,000 to my credit card, can I charge more than $5,000 to my credit card without incurring any additional fees or charges?

I know there's going to be someone on here that says something to the effect of, "y dont u jst snd 500 dolars 2 th ppl u r goin 2 pay w/ ur cc? lolzorz". The answer is because I'm going to do no-interest balance transfers to my credit card, and I can't directly access that money without incurring fees.

Personal experience would be preferred, but anyone that knows for certain would be great to hear from.

I bought a 4 wheeler, and a few months later I decided to sell it because it was just sitting in my garage. My in-laws asked my hubby if they could take over payments, and I said only if they make the payment on time each month. (My mother in law doesn't stay on top of things and they are often late on things.)

They agreed, but 6 out of 10 payments have been made late and I tell my husband to let them know that it is becoming a problem because it is looking bad on my credit, but he won't. He says he doesn't want to start problems, but I am to the point to where I am going to take care of the problem. What should I say and do about this? They act like the late charge isen't a big deal, but it looks bad on me!
