the small house sits on its own property. The bank had it listed for sale separatly from the business we bought, even tho the utilities are attached to our business. We bought the entire property out of foreclosure, so the bank tossed in the small house. It is not listed as separate property in the paperwork. We now want to sell the small house and apply the money to our business. The bank doesnt seem to want to let us do that, they avoid the issues..They knew we wanted to sell it from the beginning, but now, act like its up to them.. We want to know if we have the right to sell this property anyway. And does all the money HAVE to be applied to the property ..thanks...

I give my parents money on a monthly basis so they can save for their retirement, but they end up spending it on other things. I want to open an account for them where I can deposit the money and not let them know about it, butI want them to have access to it in case of emergency, what kind of account does this need to be?

i ordered something from Amazon.com, saying that i would pay by a check. but i cant! so if i dont sent in a check, what will happen? They say that they will ship the order only once i send the check.

What is it with Ebay's response team? They refuse to help me and send me the same automated email. Basically i messed up in selling an item, i put the wrong reserve in and didn't see the hidden fee's when agreeing. I increased the reserve to stop people from buying it as i sold the item in private, I now owe them £200 for a high reserve fee which i didn't know about. I've sent them about 8 emails and get the same answer. Any advice on what i can do? I can't afford to pay £200 in one go!! I realise i've messed up but this was an honest mistake...can i get out of paying, or pay them in chunks?

ok this credit card (mastercard chase) is charging me late fees and overlimit fees because a while back i had ordered a credit watchfrom equifax and they kept charging me every month for the services when i has cancelled and the credit card company after letting them know i cancelled still let themcharge it and charge it resulting in overlimit fees and i was dispting the charges and i would pay my bill but then they wanted me to pay a lot more and charged me overlimit fees and i paid early once and they charged me a late fee and they dont send me statments and i requested them and i never recieve them and now i have been reported as delenquent and had an account closed because of this and they say i have to pay them 376 dollars as a minimum payment. But why what can i do i have good credit this is te only company that has tried to jack me i feel it is wrong andits affecting me really bad what can i do step by step what resources can i use...?????

I'm trying to find good QUICK clean ideas, keep in mind I've been trying to make rent all month with ebay etc and all that's done is cost me a fortune in listing fees :0( All it takes is a hundred here hundred there... but not even a paycheck can save me now.

What have you done in a pinch that really worked?

I saw a girl (a student) at school picking out cans from the trash cans... my can collect is worth a whopping 5.00$ I've got 900$ to go.
