I have two children. One I don't have custody of, but the child has been living with me for a year and a half. My ex has it in the paperwork that he gets to claim the child. I have proof through dshs that this child is living with me also. Can I claim the child or will i get in trouble with the irs??

Is IT companies in India are recruiting the right candidates??

Is there any lack of skilled persons ??why they are asking for internal references ??

If a person came out from studies as a fresher or fresher in a course .... how he gets experience of 2 years 3 years...??

Why companies are preferring BACKDOOR entries??? Is there any lack of skilled persons???

No one is taking freshers ( except campus recrutiments ) ........how the old batch students can survive ???

Why recommendations are playing a major role in IT recruitment ???

I guess what I mean is like, what's the pay like, the hours. Do you have to have a certain amount of experiece to get to a nice restaurant or does it matter. Things like that.

I watched three people sit around and complain about how they are not receiving the money owed them for honest, good faith effort put forth for a non profit group. These people are owed over $5000.00 collectively but refuse to speak up against the President of the association who has resigned but refused to pay them their money until they complete some BS Task that is unrelated to them getting their money back. The President refuses to discuss the subject with them or turnover any materials until they complete this task.

What is wrong with these people? Why do these people refuse to fight for themselves?

My sister-in-law has a 4 year old child. She does not work. Both her and the child have lived with her first husband (not the boys father) since he was born. No one has ever claimed the boy on their taxes. The ex-husband/current boy-friend/sole provider of the household has to pay taxes each year instead of getting a return. Since the mother(my sister-in-law) was once married to the man, she kept his name and that is the boys last name. I have always thought that he should be able to claim him, but they think that since they are not married and the birth certificate lists the father as "unknown" that they cannot. Please Help.

I want to go to school to do something in the med feild. Something exciting and aways different. Something that pays between $45,000-$50.00 or more a year. I was thinking the operating room is where I would want to work. Surgical Tech sounds perfect but they don't make sqat. Any other career choices?

every weekend and you never have the same schedule. Your current employer isn't flexible and expects you to put this job first and at the same time any other employer would expect you to put that job first although neither job pays much and hours are part time. Having experience only in retail and most retailers won't hire you if you won't work nights and weekends (especially when you apply) but you are already working nights and weekends at the other place. I only have a high school education and don't have the time or money to get anything more (also have a child that needs my time) I don't have transport and live in a bad neighborhood so I can't work a shift that would require me to get out late at night or come home early in the morning. I generally work 2-9 30 2 weekdays and sat and sun but my 3 days off during the week are different every week. Most of the people that I know that work a retail part time job have a regular day job like a nurse or business person.
