Is IT companies in India are recruiting the right candidates??

Is there any lack of skilled persons ??why they are asking for internal references ??

If a person came out from studies as a fresher or fresher in a course .... how he gets experience of 2 years 3 years...??

Why companies are preferring BACKDOOR entries??? Is there any lack of skilled persons???

No one is taking freshers ( except campus recrutiments ) ........how the old batch students can survive ???

Why recommendations are playing a major role in IT recruitment ???

my dear friend. It is not fault of theirs. We only making false stories like india is frontrunner in IT field. But the real story is other way. There is shortage of skilled person in every field of IT industry. Please dont blame IT industry for backdoor entry. Because they recruiting somebody on referral. This is also not blameworthy.

Yes their recruitment according to me is very good.
