Is IT companies in India are recruiting the right candidates??
Is there any lack of skilled persons ??why they are asking for internal references ??
If a person came out from studies as a fresher or fresher in a course .... how he gets experience of 2 years 3 years...??
Why companies are preferring BACKDOOR entries??? Is there any lack of skilled persons???
No one is taking freshers ( except campus recrutiments ) ........how the old batch students can survive ???
Why recommendations are playing a major role in IT recruitment ???
