Look at Western Union...They have a reloadable Visa card with low charges.

Visa Gift Cards are the best and you can get one for free from
http://urlx.org/directtrack.com/f70d9 . All you have to do is fill out the survey and you will receive one. I got my visa gift card from that site and it is working really well for
me.

Im not familiar with where youlive but I do know that most any grocery stores carr them. Check where all the gift cards are located or just ask a cashier. I even think you might be able to get them from a bank as well but check with places locally in your area
