I will be switching jobs from a 50+ person company with UNited Health Care to a less than 50 company with Blue Cross/Blue Shield. My wife is pregnant, would that be covered or considered pre-existing?

I earned less than $10 in interest this year. My bank did not send a 1099-INT form, because it was less than $10. Am I required to report it to the IRS as income somewhere?

I am thinking of the buying a house, but after paying off mortgage, util. food, etc. I'll have about 200 dollars left at the end of the month for savings or emergency fund. Should I wait until I have save up a bigger down payment, so I'll pay less on the mortgage?

My pregnant sister just moved into a small rental house about 1 week ago. She recently noticed that smoke was coming from the gas water heater, and then noticed that the gas water heater was on fire (minor). The water heater is connected to a L.P. tank outside. She had to disconnect the gas line to prevent it from further damage. Now she has no hot water, and the temperature is about to drop for the week. How much time does the landlord have to fix the problem? Also, she is on a 6-month written lease. Thank you.

Is there any help that I hadn't thought of that will prevent my daughter and I from becoming homeless. I have become disabled and unable to work, and have unfortunately have sought out the assistance of the welfare system until my disabilty comes through, and have fallen behind in rent due to this fact. I have been turned down for help through hud and the welfare system will not approve me for shelter assistance because of the little money I am receiving from them cannot keep the rent paid. I do not have family to turn to for assistance. I cannot not get a loan anywhere and I have searched the web looking for some sort of help but with no luck. I am looking for advice on where to look for help in my situation, maybe there is something that I haven't thought of that maybe you will. I am not looking for a handout just a point in the right direction.

My credit is really bad!!! I want to get it back together but i dont know where to start. I have noticed that there are some things that are on my report that should not be (ie medical bills,a phone bill i know nothing about, and wrong addresses and employment information) I dont want to be scammed!!! I also dont want to pay anything for this as i was told there are sites that help you.

Also is there a site that i can go to that has letters i can use to contact theses agencys?

I went on an interview today and one of the first things he asked was if I was married. I didnt think much of the question but when I got home and told my fiance that he asked that my fiance said that is very inappropriate to ask in an interview and they should never ask that question. Do you think that the business "news" and "reports" are really vital to know or do you think it is kind of like a game where you have to read the "codes" as to what is "important news" and "not important news?"

i herd that in the future there will be stores where you can stuff your pockets with stuff, or what ever you have with you then walk out the store without paying and you get billed with what you have with you its like they moniter what you take, then bill you once you walk out the store, that way you dont have to wait in line... i was woudering if it will happen if i can get more inforamation somewhere
