What would be the best way?

that cost under,100,000.but i know of people who arnt legal who have one,the lender that i had told me to get a credit card all i need is 120 more points then he can help.he said with my credit like it is i should have no trouble geting one i tryed and they keep deniang me one,he also didnt tell me that for everytime i try to get one my credit score is getting worst.

If you owe money to the state they will keep your tax refund from the state but can they keep your federal tax refund too? or is it different??

I have seen a job for part time work which I am interested in, I need a cover letter, but I have no idea how to write on.It is for a baby equipment retailers http://www.tonykealys.com/

The only relevant experience I have is that I have a two year old daughter and am a real people person.
I currently work as an adminisrator for a software comapny and would really like this job as I need extra cash as I am trying to buy my own house...that's my real motivation but obviously I can't say that.

All help would be gratefully received and if any more info is required, just ask or drop me an email.

My friends son called her today and said that his bank account had been frozen and they said he is $17,000 overdrawn for back child support. I can't see how they can throw that much on the account if you didn't have it in there for them to take. Plus a bank isn't going to let someone be that much overdrawn, I wouldn't think. They said he goes to court in 120 days. Maybe somebody can give some input on this situation for me its sounds wierd to me. Thank- you

I was told one of the few talents I have an amazing knack for is speaking to crowds. I love doing it by the way. Are there jobs (besides teaching) where public speaking is the primary function. Also, what about paid public speaking engagements. How do I get into that?

My husband and I had absolutly perfect credit 3 yrs ago, we could get approved for anything, unfortunatly some circumstances out of our control, Car wreck, layed off, etc., happened all at once and our credit got ruined. However this year my husband recieved a big pay increase and we will be out of debt at the end of Feb. We want to buy our first home at the end of this year, my question is how soon after i pay off the debt will my credit reprot start looking better. How soon can i start inquiring about home loans, to get the best rate possible?

I don't mean a credit report, but my actual credit score. Is there a way to get it for free? Where do you recomment that I get it from? How often should I check it and what makes it go up or down? Also, I know that too may inquiries look bad and may cost points, but is requesting my score considered to be an inquiry and will it cost me points? OKAY I GET PAID WEEKLY BUT NO TAXES COME OUT OF MY CHECK. TODAY I GOT A 1099-MISC FORM FROM THE PAYROLL CLERK, SO WHAT DO I DO NOW. IT ONLY STATES THAT MY NONEMPLOYEE COMPENSATION WAS 9510.00 IN BOX # 7 NOTHING IS WRITTEN IN THE OTHER BOXES.

I have a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath house. I am looking to buy a second home sometime 2007 or 2008 and I want to keep my current house and rent it out. I was told that if I take section 8 I will be almost guaranteed to have a tenant and I won't have to worry about people not paying rent because the govt. pays it anyway. I was worried about people not taking care of the property but I was told that section 8 will also pay any damages the tenants cause. How do I go about getting my house approved to take section 8? I sent HUD an email last week and they didn't respond. Also is there a cap on the rent I can charge? I want to charge between $650 and $700 for rent.

I moved from SC to MS... yeah I know... so I am living in Redneckville USA and I am having problem with my utility service provider. To make it to the point, I am late paying my bill. Now to clarify this term late from the utility company.. the bill was due on the 10th and this is every month. Well, if you don't pay it within two weeks they will "assume you no longer require service" and disconnect it. Yeah, typically I pay my bill on time, but it has been tough with my husband switching work to a different company and plus the holiday ( I have a 3 year old little boy).

So anyway, I go to pay my bill today (1-22-07) and they tell me that they don't accept checks after the 20th of the month!!!!! I am just really irritated at the fact that they give 2wks and then wont accept my payment.

So I called them today and asked them if they were mandated by the fed govt or by the state and the woman told me no.
I just really want to know my consumer rights. PLEASE!

I've been at my job (a real estate developer firm) for almost 3 months now, but was hired through a temp agency. My time with the agency is almost up, and the company I work for has expressed to me that they want to offer me a position at the end of the 3 months. They are currently paying the agency $21.00 an hour for me (I'm an administrative assistant)) , and I'm getting $13 an hour from the agency. My question is, when I finally sit down with them, how much should I ask for? I was thinking of meeting them halfway and asking for about $16 an hour, but don't want to seem greedy. I have 4-5 years experince as an adm. asst., but not in the real estate field, so there is alot im still learning about the business.
