I suggest you contact Sprint, and with your account number in hand, ask them for the amount of the bill.
No one in YA has access or knowledge of your account so the best bet is to go directly to Sprint

You need to contact sprint (over the phone) and see if they still have the account. If the account had a high balance then they might have charged it off and sold it to a collection agency for collections. If they did this then they might refer you to the collection agency or help you depending on their policies and procedures.
Call
800-639-6111
Mon-Fri 7:00am - 10:00pm (Local Time)
Sat 8:00am-5:00pm (Local Time)
There is a number you can contact Billing and ask them. Good Luck.

Call up Sprint and request a bill so that you can pay it. They should be able to either fax it, mail it, or maybe even email it.
Sprint's technology is pretty good, so they should be able to take care of that for you.
Go to sprintpcs.com

Yes, go to sprint.com and login with your username and password. All activity should be listed in your account. If not, your local sprint store should be able to request your bill and have it mailed to you.

goto www.creditboards.com and read about other people doing this. sounds like the first thing you need to do is dispute the charge and that means they move prove that you owe them the money. if they can't find the paper work (which happens alot) you can file a request to have it deleted from your credit report.
