Take Control: Always be the one controlling the conversation by asking the questions - respond to a question with a question
Look out for closing signals: Any signs of interest -close the deal quick!
Sense of Urgency - Time is money - the more time you waste the more sales you lose with time lost
ALways ask a "yes" questions - psychologically after answering many questions with a "yes" a person would find it harder to say "no" for the next question.
Lastly, be enthusiastic and have sum cahones! confidence sells kiddo...

That's an easy question. Never give up, and have a great attitude. The same people are at the top of the boards every month and you'll notice that they work while everyone else is drinking coffee, and they are always in a good mood.
