I have searched the web and cant find them. They offered a loan for $5k BUT i cannot locate them on the web. They say they have a website www.lincolnfidelity.com...BUT nothing appears. Anyway, anyone heard of them?

im opening my own multi-service business, offering people services that they dont have time to do themselves, like go to the dmv, things like that. do i have to make my name official by incorporating the name of my business before i give out business cards and flyers, or can i just make a name for my business, and see if it booms, and then incorporate my name.. it that legal? please help! and where can i do that anyway? how much is it? i'd rather go direct with a company that does that instead of paying additional fees.. please advise.. thanks!

I took 20,000 out of my mutual funds this year so I know I will have to pay taxes on it. This amount basically doubles what I made in a year...will I get put in a higher tax bracket? Or are the taxes you pay on something like that different from income from working? I'm just trying to get a feel for how much I might owe.

How difficult is it to get a new car loan with a FICA score of 480?
We are looking into buying a new car and are able to put approx. $7,000.00 cash down. The low score is from having all cards maxed and a new house mortgage and a vehicle loan in one name. The existing vehicle loan will be paid off by the time we buy the car as well as all credit cards paid off....that might bring up the score a little...maybe to 500? Any of you work in loan departments and can tell me if we could even qualify for a loan under the given circumstances? Yearly income is 70K+

The certificate shows 480 shares issued to Eli Dolgae and the certificate is numbered 19.

I owe $13,500 and I can't afford to pay $300 a month for it anymore. Carmax will buy my car for $8,000. Will the bank release the title for the $8,000 and leave the remaining balance for me to pay? That should make my payment lower right? Any other ideas for getting rid of my car? Open to suggestions =) thanks

My husband gave 2 weeks notice to his employer. They wouldn't accept it saying that's not their policy. If he turned it in, that is his last day and he will not be paid for the 2 weeks. Women who have worked there have given 2 weeks notice and been allowed to work it (2 before my husband gave his, 1 after) so it is not policy.
A friend of mine said in the state of Texas, an employer must either accept the 2 weeks notice or pay the employee the wages for those 2 weeks. Can anyone show me where this is written?
