Other than the military ( I am a recruiter for the Air Force Reserve), Emery Riddle is probably the best school for any aeronautical type job (pilot, operations, maintenance) The main campus is in FL but they are located throughout the world. See their website http://www.erau.edu/ec/wwc/index.html

Do a search for pilot license schools. You may try the AIR FORCE of the country you are in.

most airlines hire former air force pilots to fly for them.
you are more likely to succeed in such a field by getting accepted to the air force, navy, marine or army flight schools while in service.
